Uygulamayı herhangi bir cihaz üzerinden ziyaret eden, görüntüleyen veya değerlendirme bırakan her gerçek kişi ("Kullanıcı", "Siz"). Uygulamanın kullanımı üyelik gerektirmez; hesap açılmaz, kimlik bilgisi alınmaz.
Açık harita verisinde kayıtlı, kamuya açık ticari veya kamusal işletme/nokta ("Mekân").
Kullanıcının bir Mekân hakkında beş başlıkta (yaklaşım, hizmet, ürün kalitesi — yeme-içme mekânlarında lezzet kalitesi —, hijyen, fiyat) bıraktığı 1–5 arası puan ile "tekrar gelir miyim" yanıtından oluşan sayısal ve öznel girdi.
RatingCenter, Kullanıcının cihaz kamerasını açtığında bulunduğu konuma göre yakınındaki Mekânı açık harita verisinden tanımlayan ve o Mekân için anonim, toplu (ortalama) puanları gösteren bir arayüzdür.
Platform, ürün tasarımı gereği kimliği belirli veya belirlenebilir gerçek kişiyle ilişkilendirilebilecek veri toplamamaktadır. Sunucuda tutulan kayıt yalnızca şunlardan oluşur:

Uygulama, işlevini yerine getirebilmek için tarayıcı üzerinden kamera ve konum iznine ihtiyaç duyar. Bu izinler yalnızca Kullanıcının açık talebiyle, tarayıcının kendi izin penceresi aracılığıyla verilir.
6.1. Skorun niteliği. Yayımlanan puan, kullanıcı değerlendirmelerinin aritmetik ortalamasıdır ve bir topluluk skorudur. RatingCenter'ın kendi görüşü, değerlendirmesi veya tavsiyesi değildir. Platform hiçbir yerde "RatingCenter bu işletmeye şu puanı verdi" ya da "RatingCenter bu işletmeyi tavsiye ediyor" anlamına gelecek bir ifade kullanmaz. Skorun yanında her zaman oy sayısı gösterilir; böylece Kullanıcı, skorun hangi büyüklükteki bir örnekleme dayandığını doğrudan görebilir.
6.2. Tek oy ilkesi. Bir işletme için bir cihazdan yalnızca bir değerlendirme kabul edilir. Bu sınır istemci tarafında değil, sunucu tarafındaki veritabanı güvenlik kurallarında uygulanır; uygulama kodu değiştirilse dahi aşılamaz. Aynı cihazdan aynı işletmeye birden fazla değerlendirme yapılmasını önlemek için teknik tekilleştirme mekanizmaları kullanılır. Bu mekanizmalar kişi tanımaya, profillemeye veya kimlik tespitine yönelik değildir.
6.3. Manipülasyon Önleme Motoru. Organize kötüleme, rakip sabotajı ve yapay puan şişirme girişimlerine karşı çok katmanlı bir denetim işletilir. İzlenen başlıca göstergeler:
6.5. İşaretleme ve kayıt. Sinyal biriktiren ancak engel eşiğini aşmayan değerlendirmeler silinmez; inceleme kaydı olarak işaretlenerek saklanır. Her değerlendirme tarih ve saat damgasıyla kaydedilir. Bu kayıtlar, bir uyuşmazlık hâlinde değerlendirmenin ne zaman oluştuğunun belgelenmesi amacıyla saklanır ve yalnızca bu amaçla kullanılır.
6.6. Ticari bağımsızlık. Skor hiçbir koşulda ücret karşılığı değiştirilmez, yükseltilmez veya gizlenmez. Reklam ve iş birliği ilişkileri ile topluluk skoru birbirinden tamamen ayrıdır ve birbirini etkilemez.
6.7. Geliştirme. Skorun tek bir değerlendirmeden aşırı etkilenmemesi için asgari geçerli değerlendirme eşiği uygulanması planlanmaktadır. Böyle bir eşik yürürlüğe girdiğinde bu madde ve Hukuksal Dayanak sayfası güncellenir.
Platform, 5651 sayılı İnternet Ortamında Yapılan Yayınların Düzenlenmesi ve Bu Yayınlar Yoluyla İşlenen Suçlarla Mücadele Edilmesi Hakkında Kanun anlamında yer sağlayıcı sıfatını haizdir.
Bir Mekân sahibi, yetkilisi veya hakkı ihlal edildiğini düşünen herhangi bir ilgili, info@oculawork.com adresine başvurarak içeriğin kaldırılmasını talep edebilir.
Başvurular en geç 48 saat içinde değerlendirilir. Talep yerinde görülürse içerik kaldırılır veya erişime kapatılır. Ayrıca Platform, tekil bir Mekâna ait tüm değerlendirmelerin kaldırılması ya da Mekânın listelenmemesi taleplerini de aynı usulle karşılar.
Kullanıcı, Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmayacağını kabul eder:
Platform, bu yükümlülüklere aykırı davrandığı tespit edilen kayıtları bildirimsiz silme ve ilgili erişimi teknik olarak engelleme hakkını saklı tutar.
Uygulama, "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulmaktadır. Mevzuatın emredici hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla Platform;
açık veya zımni olarak taahhüt ve garanti etmez. Konum doğruluğu; cihaz donanımı, GPS sinyali ve üçüncü taraf harita verisinin güncelliğine bağlıdır.
Mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Platform ve yöneticileri, çalışanları ile iş ortakları;
doğan doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi, özel veya netice kabilinden zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Uygulama, işlevini yerine getirebilmek için aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanır:

“İnternette ne diyorlar?” bölümünde gösterilen puan, özet ve yorumlar Google kaynaklıdır; Platform’un kendi değerlendirmesi değildir ve Platform bu içeriklerin doğruluğundan sorumlu değildir. Bu özellik günlük kullanım sınırına tabidir; sınır dolduğunda yorumlar gösterilmeyebilir.
Bu hizmetlerin kendi kullanım koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Platform, üçüncü taraf altyapılarının kesintisi, veri kaybı veya politika değişikliklerinden sorumlu tutulamaz.

RatingCenter adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı, kaynak kodu ve tüm görsel unsurları Cimedya Bilgi Sistemleri Reklam ve Tic. A.Ş.'ye aittir ve 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu kapsamında korunmaktadır.

İşbu Koşullar tek taraflı olarak güncellenebilir. Güncel metin bu sayfada yayımlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer; Uygulamanın kullanılmaya devam edilmesi kabul anlamına gelir.
İşbu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

Any natural person who visits, views or leaves a rating through the App ("User", "You"). Use requires no registration: no account is created and no identity data is collected.
A publicly accessible commercial or public point of interest recorded in open map data ("Place").
Where a place is not present in the map data, the text on the camera frame is analysed on the device only in order to determine the business name; the frame is never transmitted to any server, is not stored, and is discarded as soon as the analysis completes. No facial recognition, person recognition or biometric processing is performed.
A numeric and subjective input consisting of scores from 1 to 5 across five criteria (attitude, service, product quality — taste quality at food and drink venues —, hygiene, price) plus a "would you return" answer.
RatingCenter identifies the Place nearest to the User's location from open map data when the device camera is opened, and displays anonymous, aggregated average scores for it.
By design, the Platform does not collect data that can be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person. Server records consist solely of:

The App requires browser camera and location permissions to function. These are granted only upon the User's explicit action, through the browser's own permission dialog.
6.1. Nature of the score. The published score is the arithmetic mean of user ratings and is a community score. It is not RatingCenter's own opinion, assessment or recommendation. The platform never uses wording to the effect that "RatingCenter gave this business a score of X" or "RatingCenter recommends this business". The vote count is always displayed alongside the score, so the User can see directly how large a sample the score rests on.
6.2. One-vote principle. Only one rating per business is accepted from one device. This limit is enforced not on the client but in the server-side database security rules, and cannot be bypassed even if the application code is modified. Technical deduplication mechanisms are used to prevent more than one rating of the same business from the same device. These mechanisms are not directed at recognising, profiling or identifying any person.
6.3. Anti-Manipulation Engine. A multi-layered control operates against organised disparagement, competitor sabotage and artificial score inflation. The principal indicators monitored:
6.5. Flagging and records. Ratings that accumulate signals without crossing the blocking threshold are not deleted; they are flagged and retained as a review record. Every rating is stored with a date and time stamp. These records are kept solely so that the moment a rating was created can be evidenced in the event of a dispute.
6.6. Commercial independence. Scores are under no circumstances altered, raised or concealed in return for payment. Advertising and partnership relationships and the community score are entirely separate and do not affect one another.
6.7. Development. A minimum valid-rating threshold is planned so that a score cannot be disproportionately affected by a single rating. Should such a threshold take effect, this Article and the Legal Basis page will be updated.
The Platform qualifies as a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet.
A Place owner, authorised representative or any party who believes their rights are infringed may request removal by writing to info@oculawork.com.
Requests are reviewed within 48 hours at the latest. Where justified, the content is removed or blocked. Requests to remove all ratings of a single Place, or to delist it entirely, are handled under the same procedure.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Save for mandatory provisions of law, the Platform makes no express or implied warranty that:
Location accuracy depends on device hardware, GPS signal and the currency of third-party map data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from:

The rating, summary and reviews shown under “What does the web say?” come from Google; they are not the Platform's own assessment and the Platform is not liable for their accuracy. The feature is subject to a daily usage limit; once reached, reviews may not be shown.
Those services' own terms and privacy policies apply. The Platform is not liable for third-party outages, data loss or policy changes.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice. As the service is free, no refund, compensation or claim arises in favour of the User.
These Terms may be updated unilaterally. The current text takes effect upon publication on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Execution Offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes arising herefrom.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected, and the invalid provision is deemed replaced by the valid provision closest to its purpose.
